Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth by actively seeking new customers, identifying opportunities, and promoting our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Leverage your mechanical aptitude to understand client requirements, propose technical solutions, and demonstrate product benefits.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including forecasting and meeting revenue targets.
- Provide timely updates on leads, sales pipeline, and client interactions in the HubSpotsystem.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Represent the company by embodying professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

Required:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical concepts and solutions.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving results.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at client management and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Hubspotsoftware, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales management tools.
- Must be willing to travel outside of Perth at least once a month for 3-4 days.

Day-to-day

- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to discuss their needs.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and trade shows to showcase products and build rapport.
- Regularly review and analyze performance metrics to adjust sales strategies and remain on target.
- Collaborate with engineering or technical teams to ensure product specifications align with client needs.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts tailored to the client's requirements.
- Engage in continuous learning and participate in weekly sales meetings.
