What you’ll be doing:
As a Revenue Fraud Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding our guests, team members, and brand reputation from fraudulent activity. Using data driven insights, cutting edge technology, and investigative know how, you’ll identify and respond to fraud risks across our operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is driven by integrity and a commitment to doing what’s right.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Risk Management, Criminology, or a related field
- Are an Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist (ACFS) or Technician (ACFT)
- Have Cifas Counter Fraud or Cyber Academy certification
- Bring 5+ years of experience in fraud analysis, with a focus on payment fraud
- Demonstrate strong analytical and investigative skills
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders with confidence
- Have experience conducting fraud investigations
- Possess team leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Work independently while contributing to strategic initiatives
- Understand credit card fraud typologies, including card-not-present (CNP) fraud
- Are familiar with fraud detection platforms such as Accertify or similar tools
- Have knowledge of chargeback processes, card issuer rules, and merchant compliance obligations
- Hold a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) or similar certification
- Have experience in the airline or travel industry
- Have experience with loyalty program fraud and mechanics
- Understand digital fraud trends and prevention technologies
- Have experience with digital platform fraud prevention
- Possess advanced data analysis and visualisation skills
- Bring project management and change management experience
- Have exposure to machine learning or AI-driven fraud detection models
- Understand AML/KYC regulations and compliance obligations
- Have experience contributing to Suspicious Matter Reports
