The Role

The role will involve working as part of the Product Development team responsible for developing new and improved food products tailored to the health industry.

- Manage assigned product development opportunities and projects
- Conduct bench work, ingredient sourcing, and formulation development
- Prepare product costings and nutritional information
- Create and review product specifications and artwork
- Support product launches and customer presentations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, QA, Production, and Regulatory teams

Skills & Experience

- Experience in food ingredient development
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field
- Proven ability in food product development and knowledge around food regulations
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Passion for food and innovation
