About the Role

Meridian Lawyers is seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to join our Sydney office on a full-time basis.

Key duties and responsibilities

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations and providing high-level support to ensure a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and staff. Your duties will include:

- Welcoming and attending to guests, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
- Managing incoming calls and accurately relaying messages in a timely manner.
- Assessing client needs and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Responding promptly and efficiently to email and phone enquiries.
- Coordinating meeting room bookings, catering, AV equipment, and other reception-related requests.
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of client-facing and back-of-house areas in collaboration with office services assistants.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Liaising with building management to resolve facilities issues.
- Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings.
- Coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers (e.g., couriers, stationery, milk delivery, secure waste disposal).
- Supporting teams with ad hoc administrative tasks.

About You

You will bring at least 3 years of experience in a reception or administrative role within a professional services or corporate environment. You are known for your:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive approach and commitment to exceptional client service.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment.
