We/'re looking for a strong Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander male to step into the role of Therapeutic Team Leader - supporting community healing through culturally grounded and trauma-informed programs.
This is more than just a job - it/'s a chance to walk alongside mob, support healing journeys, and guide a passionate team making a real impact on the ground. Relocation support is available for candidates moving from Melbourne.
What We/'re Looking For
We/'re seeking a proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander male with:
- Proven experience working in Family Violence (essential)
- A solid understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
- No prior leadership experience required - training and ongoing support provided
- A Diploma or above in a relevant field (training support available for REQ 209)
- Passion for walking alongside mob on their healing journey
