
Men's Family Violence Team Leader

Location: Bendigo, VIC
Salary: SCHADS Level 6 | $110K-$114K + super + salary packaging
Hours: Full-time or 0.8 FTE
We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Team Leader to oversee a team of group facilitators and case managers supporting men and families impacted by Family Violence. This role will provide leadership, ensure programs are delivered with integrity, and contribute to safe and positive outcomes for participants.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support a team delivering Family Violence programs
- Ensure services are trauma-informed and client centred
- Provide supervision, guidance, and operational oversight
- Build and maintain strong community and stakeholder connections
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in Family Violence (essential)
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice
- Mandatory qualifications meeting REQ 209 standards
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience working with Aboriginal people (desirable)
- Salary of $110K-$114K + super + salary packaging
- Ongoing professional development and training opportunities
