You are a skilled and motivated practitioner with experience providing brief, individual interventions to adults using family violence within a legal or specialist family violence context. You bring experience conducting comprehensive risk assessments, developing safety plans, and delivering therapeutic, psychoeducational, and motivational interventions that promote accountability and sustainable behaviour change. You are confident engaging clients subject to Counselling Orders, collaborating with the Magistrates’ Court, and working within a multi‑agency environment to ensure coordinated and safe responses. You are reflective, organised, and values‑driven, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a trauma‑informed, strengths‑based framework.
