Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Administration Officer to support a key project focused on aged job card follow-ups. This temporary contract role is ideal for someone with strong data entry and investigative skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry of job cards
- High volume investigation
- Analyse and correct records with a high level of precision
- Assist with internal reporting and reconciliation tasks
- Liaise with internal stakeholders via phone and email
- Manage shared inboxes and support administrative functions
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
- Previous experience in high-volume data environments
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Experience with Ellipse (highly desirable)
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
Mandatory Requirements
- Current Driver's Licence
