The Opportunity
We're on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to partner with our Technology and Product executive leaders, driving organisational performance through people-centric solutions and helping shape the future of our business.
You'll play a pivotal role at the intersection of business strategy and people excellence, leading complex transformation initiatives, shaping organisational design, and uplifting capability across our rapidly scaling technology function Our systems and processes are still evolving, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can design fit-for-purpose solutions without unnecessary complexity.
What you'll do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Technology and Product leaders, translating business strategy into actionable people strategies.
- Lead organisational transformation, including organisational design, change management, and the implementation of new operating models.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development for critical tech and product roles.
- Coach and support senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and employee relations.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within technology teams.
- Oversee key people processes such as performance reviews and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with WHS policy and contribute to a safe, healthy workplace.
- Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team on projects, policy reviews, and organisational events.
About you:
You’re an experienced P&C Business Partner with a strong background in technology environments, ideally in high-growth or transformational settings. You bring a thoughtful balance of strategic insight and practical execution, and you’re energised by the opportunity to help shape a growing business. You’re collaborative, adaptable, and deeply committed to creating a positive and engaging experience for our people.
Skills and experience you’ll bring:
- Significant experience as a P&C business partner in high-growth tech companies, ideally through scale-up or transformation, 500-1000 employees
- Proven ability to lead organisational transformation, including organisational design, assessing current structures, identifying gaps, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of technology roles, agile methodologies, and market dynamics.
- Advanced knowledge of employment relations, including Modern Awards, the FWA, and WHS legislation.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and workforce planning.
- Ability to build strong relationships, influence and coach senior leaders, and provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
