Job Description
About the role
We’re looking for an energetic People & Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic team full-time and help shape our people strategy from the ground up. Based in Wangara& reporting to the Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you will use your generalist experience to provide a high quality, responsive & professional People & Culture function within the Region.
In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to:
Drive engagement and performance initiatives that make a difference
Support workforce planning, leadership capability and succession
Provide expert advice across ER/IR, recruitment, and development
Champion our values and help us continue to grow an inclusive, high-performing culture
You’ll thrive here if you love collaboration, have strong commercial awareness, and enjoy being a trusted advisor who gets things done.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills and experience
- Tertiary qualifications in HR with generalist experience in a similar role, providing strategic and operational advice to leaders
- High level end to end recruitment & selection skills, including talent searching
- Ability to engage & communicate with clarity, purpose & impact across all levels
- Proficiency in advising on & managing employment relations issues
