We are seeking an experienced fitness salesperson to join our well-established, supportive and vibrant team as a **Membership Consultant for Anytime Fitness Randwick**

**Key responsibilities**:

- New memberships - manage and achieve every step of the sales process to grow the club member base.
- Assist in all operations within your club.
- Work closely with your Club Manager & Regional Manager to achieve the clubs daily, weekly and monthly goals.
- Servicing potential and new members
- Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Promotion of the club within the local community
- Driving marketing and advertising campaigns
- Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out
- Posting to Social media (training provided if needed)
- Previous sales experience, not necessarily in the fitness industry
- Experience in direct sales and customer service
- Self-motivation, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
- Proactive - offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management
- Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
- Must be punctual and reliable

**Experience/Knowledge/Qualification**:

- Certificate III or IV (Desirable but not essential)
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- Working with Children
- Police Check Certificate

**Full-Time Position (38 hours p/week)**

**Please note**:

- Flexible hours and Saturday shifts are required for this role
- Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview

**To apply**:
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
