About the Role
Help shapethe success of a major transformation program that blends traditional projectstructure with modern Agile ways of working.
As ProgramCoordinator, you’ll support the delivery of a hybrid program that combineslong-term milestones with iterative Agile delivery. You’ll maintain programplans, track progress, and ensure effective communication between teams. Frommanaging Jira and Kanban boards to preparing reports and supporting governanceforums, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything connected and on track
What you'll do?
- Coordinate program activities across Agile and Waterfall streams to ensure alignment with key milestones and outcomes.
- Maintain and update integrated program plans, schedules, and RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions).
- Support program governance – including steering committee preparation, stage-gate reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
- Manage and maintain Jira, Wrike, and Kanban boards – ensuring clear visibility of priorities, dependencies, and progress.
- Generate dashboards and reports to provide insights on delivery health and program performance.
What will you bring?
You’ll haveexperience coordinating projects or programs that use both Waterfall and Agilemethodologies, along with hands‑on knowledge of Jira, Wrike, and Kanban boards.You’re highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities, and have strongplanning skills that keep delivery on track. You communicate clearly andconfidently with stakeholders at all levels and build positive relationshipswith ease. You take pride in your attention to detail and accuracy, and you’reproactive in identifying risks or dependencies before they become issues. Atertiary qualification or project management certification would beadvantageous, but what matters most is your initiative, collaboration, andability to make things happen.
