Part Time Rental Sales Agent / Quality Inspector – Hertz Wodonga ( 25 hours per week )
Receiving bookings face to face, by email or by phone
Entering bookings into our system
Opening and closing rentals
Detailing – vacuuming and washing vehicles
Mobile Plant and Construction Mechanic – Wodonga
Agricultural / Construction Mechanic – Wodonga
Aid in reconciling accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assist in preparing financial reports, including financial statements and budget performance reports
Assist with audits, budget preparation, and other financial tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Support the Financial Controller with ad-hoc accounting projects
Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles to the highest standard
