Reporting to the Head of Lending Operations – Credit and Settlements, the Settlements Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in managing and optimising the end-to-end settlements and compliance function. You’ll bring deep expertise in settlements, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.

This role is central to ensuring seamless customer outcomes, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing, service-first team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing settlements team

- Oversee quality, productivity, compliance, and risk management

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stakeholder engagement

- Develop clear reporting and KPIs aligned with strategic goals

- Champion a relentlessly helpful, customer-centric approach

- Engage directly with customers to ensure smooth settlement processes

- Apply a strong risk and compliance lens across all activities

- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and service excellence
