JOB DESCRIPTION – SETTLEMENTS AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER Location: Sydney, AustraliaThe Settlements and Accounts Receivable Officer is a part of the Finance team and you will review, reconcile and investigate balances across Ticketmaster platforms and systems. Provide client settlements in line with Ticketmaster contracted terms. Work in accordance with Ticketmaster processes and policies and audit requirements.Liaise with clients to ensure that the settlements are completed correctly and per contractual terms. Adhere to Live Nation/Ticketmaster audit and policy requirements and assist when audit documents are required to auditors.Primary ResponsibilitiesOther duties as requested by Finance Manager - Operations and Financial Controller. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapid changing environment, whilst managing stress and meeting deadlinesAbility to work both in a team and independently with little supervision Solid Communication skills Ability to work weekends and public holidays when the role requires due to month end and client report on non-national public holidays.We do it all with an intense passion for Live and an inspiring and diverse culture driven by accessible leaders, attentive managers, and enthusiastic teams.
