Overview

Entry-Level Compliance Officer (On-site role - must be based in Melbourne or Ballarat)

Job overview: Based out of Melbourne or Ballarat, Victoria, you'll be working within our Product Operations team to verify various documents used for training our AI software to manage the compliance of various requirements. This role is perfect if you have a high attention to detail and work best when empowered to work autonomously - while still being part of a great local team.

This is a casual, entry-level position with flexible hours, with the opportunity to move into permanent part-time or full-time in the future. An ideal role for university students trying to get some hands-on experience or parents re-entering the workforce in a super flexible and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

- Verify various documents used for training our AI software to manage compliance of requirements.

- Contribute to a collaborative Product Operations team in a flexible, on-site role.

Qualifications

- Keen eye for detail - from spotting typos to wrong expiry dates.

- Super friendly attitude and willingness to jump on a call to assist a user who may be stuck in their application.

- Able to absorb complex processes and apply good judgement when making decisions (e.g., when approving an applicant moving through a compliance process).

- Clear communicator, especially when writing crisp emails or notes, e.g., to escalate complex cases.

- Preferably not a student, no work restrictions (e.g., visa), and able to come in for full-time training for at least 2 weeks.
