Public Sector People are working with a local council in the South East who are looking for a skilled Data Entry Officer to join their Capital Works team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of the organization by providing high-quality administration support, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating efficient data entry into various corporate systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process daily run sheets and input data into various corporate systems.
- Create defects, work orders, and maintenance requests for both internal staff and Council contractors.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing infrastructure-related work orders.
- Experience in local government or a similar field dealing with infrastructure-related issues.
- Proficiency in using various systems and extensive experience with Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
