You’ll handle a variety of superannuation claims - ranging from permanent incapacity and family law to financial hardship and investment claims - ensuring every case is managed with care, accuracy, and a commitment to outstanding service. Take the next step in your career and help shape the future of superannuation claims at HUB24.**Responsibilities:*** Process a variety of superannuation claims (e.g. permanent incapacity, family law, death, financial hardship, investment).* Review claim forms and documents for accuracy and completeness.* Liaise with trustees, lawyers, advisers, clients, and beneficiaries to gather information and resolve queries.* Follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure timely claim processing.* Conduct initial investigations and research to support claim assessments.* Ensure claims are assessed accurately and in line with policy terms.**Requirements:*** Experience in superannuation or financial services claims e.g. permanent incapacity, family law, death, financial hardship, investment claims.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.* Attention to detail and effective case management skills.* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.* RG 146 compliance or ASFA Cert IV (desirable).**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
