About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Café Manager and an Assistant Manager with a can-do attitude, who thrives under pressure and has fantastic customer service skills, to join our team in Manor Lakes.

As the café manager, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing and supervising day-to-day operations and managing rostering

- Maintaining staff levels by recruiting

- Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products and services

- Fostering an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store

- Following all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies

- Conducting performance appraisals according to the Jolly Miller People Calendar

The ideal candidate will have

- 2 years min experience in a supervisory or managerial role

- Experience managing day-to-day rostering, allocation, ordering and financials

- Strong leadership experience in development, supporting and motivating staff

- Passionate about providing a truly memorable customer service experience every time

- Food preparation skills and knowledge of safe food handling are essential

- Great personality and personal presentation

- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
