Enterprise Resource and Capacity Manager
- Be at the centre of enterprise delivery as a Resource & Capacity Manager
- Open to both contract and permanent.
We’re working with a leading regional organisation who are looking for an Enterprise Resource and Capacity Manager to optimise how they plan, prioritise, and deliver strategic projects and programs across the business.
The Role As the Enterprise Resource and Capacity Manager, you’ll play a critical role in optimising how the organisation delivers on its strategic goals. You’ll provide enterprise-wide visibility of capacity, manage competing priorities, and ensure the right resources are in place to support delivery of capital works, operational programs, and strategic initiatives.
You’ll be the key point of coordination for enterprise-wide capacity planning - developing models, dashboards, and frameworks that enable data‑driven decision‑making and sustainable workload management.
Currently, this role is open to both contract and permanent engagements and has a hybrid working environment in Bendigo, with an ASAP start date
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive, enterprise-wide view of organisational capacity and capability.
- Identify constraints, forecast resource demand, and support prioritisation of projects and programs.
- Establish frameworks for enterprise demand management and work prioritisation.
- Facilitate resource planning discussions and communicate capacity trade‑offs to senior leaders.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for capacity, utilisation, and performance.
- Support continuous improvement of enterprise resource management processes and tools.
What skills you’ll need
- 8–10+ years’ experience in enterprise resource or capacity management, preferably within large or complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of EPMO, project, and portfolio management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise resource frameworks and reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Power BI, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to negotiate across competing priorities.
If you’re passionate about strategic resource management and ready to make a tangible impact in a purpose-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Lead enterprise-wide resource planning and help shape strategic delivery for a purpose-driven regional organisation.
