It involves developing and reviewing capacity plans, overseeing performance metrics, and ensuring readiness for enterprise-wide releases.The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, active participation in governance forums, and maintaining tools and documentation. It also includes managing escalations, supporting change initiatives, and aligning capacity strategy with business objectives.**A bit about you**The ideal candidate brings proven experience in IT capacity planning, performance assurance, or infrastructure management, along with the ability to lead remote teams across time zones.
