We’re seeking a dynamic Consulting Director to support the Head of Consulting Australia in growing the market and enhancing Datacom’s position as a strong consulting‑led technology partner. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong consulting background, commercial acumen, and a passion for storming and forming, shaping opportunities and framing up to work with high‑performing cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex client engagements across strategy, transformation, and technology domains.

- Shape and drive presales activities, including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.

- Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop compelling value propositions and win strategies.

- Build and scale consulting capability aligned to market demand and emerging trends.

- Support the Head of Consulting Australia in executing growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and expanding client relationships.

- Champion Datacom’s consulting‑led approach to technology, reinforcing our market presence and client value.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in consulting leadership, with a track record of delivering high‑impact outcomes.

- Strong presales capability, including experience in shaping deals, influencing stakeholders, and driving early‑stage client engagement.

- A growth mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and scale offerings.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- 10 yrs plus experience working across the Australian market is highly desirable.
