The Team: Join our award-winning team of Clinical Nursing and Midwifery Educators and Clinical Facilitators who work across the North West of Tasmania as patient safety guardians. We build the clinical skills of the whole multidisciplinary team to respond to patient deterioration. We develop innovative evidence-based programs to build the clinical competence of nurses across the spectrum of practice. Participate in whole of health service simulation exercises. Learn and grow with us. The Role: This role will provide Clinical Nurse Education and ongoing support to nurses at North West Regional Hospital. You will need: - To be a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia - Experience in using contemporary learning and teaching methods in the design and delivery of study days and workshops to meet the education needs of the nursing team. - Proven ability to evaluate education programs and activities Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application. Details of appointment: Permanent part time, day worker position, working 72hours per fortnight, commencing from 15 February 2026. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $114,851 to $121,886 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. - Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
