About the Role
This role leads the delivery of a portfolio of SAP focused technology projects, driving planning, governance, reporting and execution across multiple streams. You will oversee a team of project professionals, manage dependencies, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure milestones are delivered on time and to quality standards. The position plays a crucial part in supporting organisational objectives, managing risk, overseeing delivery partners and providing expert guidance on emerging project challenges. This is a fast paced and highly influential role suited to someone confident navigating complex stakeholder environments and delivering outcomes across large scale digital programs.

- Anticipated start: 1 December 2025
- Duration: 8 months with strong extension potential
- Hours: 40 per week
- Hybrid: 2 to 3 WFH days
- Location: Parramatta NSW 2150
- No Christmas shutdown

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple interdependent SAP program workstreams and manage project performance across scope, schedule, budget and quality
- Develop project plans, governance frameworks, reporting packs and risk strategies aligned to organisational priorities
- Guide project teams through planning, delivery and evaluation, ensuring progress aligns with approved business cases and methodologies
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, manage communication channels and maintain productive relationships across diverse internal and external groups
- Coordinate vendors and service providers, negotiate deliverables and ensure compliance with contractual arrangements
- Monitor project status, track milestones, prepare progress updates and elevate risks as required
- Implement frameworks for benefits realisation, quality assurance and project evaluation
- Support resource planning, team leadership and capability uplift across the project function
- Facilitate resolution of complex issues and ensure alignment across business units
- Promote continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned and best practice project management approaches
- Manage project transitions, stage gates and change impacts to support successful implementation
About You
- Strong background delivering complex ICT or SAP related programs within large scale or matrix environments
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing concurrent initiatives
- Comprehensive understanding of project governance, resource planning, risk management and benefits frameworks
- Ability to influence stakeholders with varying priorities and navigate diverse viewpoints
- Skilled in preparing business cases, project documentation and executive level reporting
- Experience working with vendors, contract management and coordinating external delivery partners
- Effective communicator with strong negotiation, problem solving and leadership capability
- Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms are highly preferred
- Familiarity with public sector or large-scale enterprise projects preferred
- Must have full Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or long-term visa holders)
