The Roles

Associate Façade Engineer ($150K–$180K)

- Key technical and leadership role supporting the team and reporting to the Principal Façade Engineer as the 2IC.

- Responsible for checking design work, producing reports, coordinating with clients, providing engineering direction.

- Works closely with architects, builders, and project teams to achieve buildable solution.

- Confident in leading and mentoring junior engineers.

- Proven ability to lead and oversee façade system design, analysis, and development, ensuring structural integrity, thermal performance, and compliance with industry standards.

- Proven experience in a similar associate or senior façade role.

Senior Façade Engineer ($130K–$150K)

- Delivers façade design, analysis, and documentation for major commercial and landmark projects.

- Performs engineering calculations and ensures compliance with standards.

- Works closely with architects, builders, and project teams to achieve buildable solutions.

- Provides on-site technical support and problem‑solving as required.

- Ideal for a detail‑oriented engineer with strong design and delivery experience.
