What you’ll do

- Plan, create, and deliver loyalty offers and direct marketing campaigns.
- Build customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and optimise segmentation.
- Support campaign testing, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

What you’ll bring

- 1–2 years in a CRM, digital, or technology-focused marketing role (or transferable experience).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms).
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work independently.
- Confidence working with customer data, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of CRM best practices, data privacy, and digital marketing.
- A curious mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in CRM and marketing technology.
