Why this role matters… As a Change & Communications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role. You'll connect strategy to people, ensuring our teams feel informed, inspired, and supported every step of the way. In this role, you'll:
- Lead the development of strategic change and communication plans that drive adoption, capability, and readiness.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to bring change to life through compelling narratives, personalised journeys, and targeted learning.
- Champion the voice of our team members, ensuring every initiative aligns with SRG's purpose and values.
- Deliver communications that land—from inspiring campaigns to practical toolkits and digital content.
- Coach and guide leaders to lead change effectively while building resilience across the organisation.
- Provide portfolio-level visibility, ensuring change impacts and adoption are tracked, measured, and reported.
What you'll bring…We're looking for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with strong emotional intelligence. You'll be confident working across complex initiatives, engaging with senior leaders, and simplifying change for diverse audiences.
Key skills and experience include:
- Proven experience leading large, complex business change initiatives
- Strong strategic communications expertise—able to craft messages that cut through.
- Hands-on experience with digital content creation (intranet, infographics, training materials, videos).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Change management certification and tertiary qualification in business, HR, psychology, or similar.
