**What you’ll be doing **You’ll play a key role in supporting our Group Services business units with analysis, insights, and reporting. Working closely with experienced leaders, you’ll learn how to:

- ** Support financial planning** - help prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- ** Deliver insights** - contribute to reporting that drives business decisions.
- ** Analyse performance** - assist in monitoring results and spotting opportunities.
- ** Support improvements** - explore ways to make processes more efficient and impactful.
- ** Grow commercially** - learn how finance partners with the business to maximise value.

**What you’ll bring **We’re not expecting years of experience - this is a role for someone at the **start of their commercial career**. What matters most is your mindset: curiosity, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn.

**Ideally, you’ll have**:

- A degree in **Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field**.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or business projects (through study, internships, or entry-level roles).
- Great communication skills with the ability to explain numbers simply.
- An eagerness to build your commercial and analytical skillset.
