Responsibilities

- Als Junior Consultant übernimmst du erste Verantwortung in nationalen und internationalen Projekten auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Workshops, um Kundenprozesse- & anforderungen aufzunehmen und zu dokumentieren
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team definierst du nutzenorientierte Geschäftsprozesse aus dem Bereich Sales, Marketing, Field Service oder Customer Service und setzt diese in eine moderne IT-Lösung auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 um
- Die Schulung von Anwendern sowie die Unterstützung auch nach der Einführung von MS Dynamics bildet einen weiteren Bestandteil deines Aufgabenbereichs
- Du kannst dich auf eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in unterschiedlichen Branchen und Fachbereichen freuen
