Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

4–8 Week Contract | Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant (Sales Enterprise) to support a fast-paced CRM transformation for a skincare retailer.

This is a short-term engagement (4-8 weeks).

You'll be deployed as part of a wider AI transformation team, and as such get some solid exposure to clever AI people.

Nonetheless – the task at hand surrounds configuring some Dynamics action.

The task at hand:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine CRM requirements across lead management, sales tracking, and customer relationship workflows.
  • Configure Dynamics Sales Enterprise to support pipeline stages, sales automation, forecasting, reporting, and historical customer interaction tracking.
  • Support initial CRM data population including customer records, target lists, and account segmentation models.
  • Develop user-friendly SOPs and how-to guides tailored for the sales team.
  • Deliver training sessions and support adoption through structured walkthroughs.
The person we need:
  • Proven track record configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics Sales Enterprise.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, ideally within wholesale or product distribution.
  • Confident engaging with cross-functional business teams and external IT vendors.
  • Exposure to ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce or Shopify is advantageous.
  • Must be able to work hybrid, with availability for 1–2 days on-site in Sydney each week.
