The Opportunity
In this role you will be integrated into SA Water supporting a large portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure programs. Influencing and collaborating amongst an extensive stakeholder group of construction partners, vendors, regulators and internal teams will be critical as you seek to optimise resource planning.
Our collective goal is to deliver an efficient capital works program and infrastructure projects from inception to close out - safely, on time, within budget and to customer and community expectations.
- Strategic workforce planning and resource optimisation
- Forecasting, Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Capability and workforce readiness planning
- Recruitment and other HR related matters
Who are you?
We are looking for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced project environment and is passionate about the success and wellbeing of our people, creating a high performing environment that sets them up for great achievement.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR and extensive experience in a similar role. It is important that you are able to build credibility quickly across the business and act as a trusted advisor to relevant leaders, supporting them on a diverse range of complex challenges.
You will need to have strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders, negotiate and resolve conflict.
