We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Administration Officers to join our casual pool, providing vital administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors across the Adelaide Hills region.

As an Administration Officer (Casual Pool), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include providing reception services, facilitating patient admissions and discharges, generating patient/client reports, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will offer clerical and administrative support to our team to ensure efficient operations.

This casual position offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain diverse experience within SA Health. You may work across various units, expanding your knowledge and skills while contributing to the well-being of South Australians.

To succeed in this role, you will possess exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Responsibilities

- Provide reception services and support to clients, staff, and visitors across the Adelaide Hills region.
- Facilitate patient admissions and discharges; generate patient/client reports; maintain accurate medical records.
- Offer clerical and administrative support to the team to ensure efficient operations.
- Possess strong customer service, clear communication, and ability to handle confidential information.
