The Role

Adbri Cement is looking for a well-organised and proactiveAdministration Officerto join the team at Birkenhead. In this role, you'll help keep things running smoothly by managing admin tasks, welcoming visitors, and supporting both the site and office teams.

You’ll report to the Site Manager and be the go-to person for visitors, staff, and contractors. Your day-to-day work will include handling documents, updating systems, helping with contractor onboarding, and keeping the office organised.

What You’ll Do

- Greet and assist visitors, staff, and contractors.
- Answer phone calls, manage mail and deliveries, and book meeting rooms.
- Keep internal systems (like Forcefield, Chris21, and SitePass) up to date.
- Manage site access, hand out PPE, and keep training records current.
- Help organise contractor services, events, travel, and office supplies.
- Support document control and keep employee records accurate.
- Assist with safety tasks like hazard reporting and following HSE rules.
- Arrange maintenance for the admin office and keep the workspace tidy.

What You’ll Need

- Previous admin experience, ideally in construction, industrial, or operations.
- Great communication skills and confidence dealing with people at all levels.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Good with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Forcefield, and SitePass is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to keep information private.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
