AWX is seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join our client's team in Northgate on a part-time, temporary contract. This role offers the chance to work onsite, supporting the finance operations team and assisting with key reporting and analysis tasks.

About the Role

This is a hands-on finance support role, working 2-3 days per week onsite at our client's Northgate facility for a minimum of three months. You will work closely with the site finance team, assisting with core financial reporting and analysis to ensure smooth operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Providing support in analysing cost drivers and identifying opportunities for efficiencies
- Helping prepare reports for stakeholders across operations and head office
- Contributing to process compliance, internal controls, and data accuracy

About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with:

- Degree qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Accounting (CPA/CA desirable)
- 5+ years' experience in a finance role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
