The Role

We are seeking reliable and detail oriented Cleaners to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across client sites, while complying with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and periodical cleaning, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Carry out specialised cleaning tasks (carpet care, pressure washing, sanitisation) when required.
  • Operate cleaning equipment (scrubbers, vacuums, polishers) safely and effectively.
  • Follow site-specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and company procedures.
  • Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues through the Just Focus OPSZY App.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, infection control, and environmental policies.

About You

  • Must be an Australian Citizen (required for site clearances and compliance).
  • Previous cleaning experience (commercial, retail, or industrial) highly regarded but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
  • Police Check, Working with Children Check, and/or site-specific clearances may be required.
