About the Role
This role offers the chance to work on diverse and challenging family law matters while providing a clear pathway to senior positions. You will gain exposure to:
- Complex property settlements and financial disputes
- Parenting and child custody matters
- Divorce, separation, and de facto relationship issues
- Binding financial agreements and spousal maintenance
- Mediation, dispute resolution, and litigation
From day one, you will have a personalised career development plan, ensuring you gain the experience, training, and mentorship needed to progress to senior associate and partnership levels within five years.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of post-admission experience in family law
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills
- A growth mindset and ambition to progress within the firm
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
