**Our Team**

Our Perth Finance team is recognised as an industry leading practice offering integrated solutions across the finance, mining, energy, power and renewables sectors.

The team is regularly engaged to act for financiers and borrowers, both domestically and internationally. The team acts for all the major Australian banks and many foreign banks in respect of all aspects of financing including construction, acquisitions, property development and investment, corporate financing and project financing. The team also acts for many mining companies obtaining funding from banks, resource funds, export credit agencies and offtakers.

The team recently acted for:

- Ramelius Resources Limited in obtaining A$475 million from a syndicate of 5 banks for corporate acquisitions
- Perseus Mining Limited in obtaining funding of US$300 million from a syndicate of 6 banks to develop the Meyas Sand gold project in Sudan
- Bank of China Limited and a syndicate of 10 banks providing funding of US$475 million to develop the Western Range iron ore project in Western Australia
- Co-operative Bulk Handling in obtaining funding of approximately A$2.5 billion from 6 banks on a syndicated and bilateral basis for its seasonal purchase of grain from growers.

The team works with lawyers within MinterEllison across Australia and with our international offices and with lawyers in foreign jurisdictions.

**Your Role**

This is a fabulous opportunity for an ambitious and driven Lawyer or Associate to join us and take their career to the next level. You will work closely with Gemey Visscher, Partner and Anthony Di Biase, Special Counsel, enjoying a wide variety of high value project, corporate and property finance matters including secured, unsecured, syndicated, club and bilateral transactions, both cross-border and domestic.

You will be mentored, guided and empowered by Gemey and Anthony in respect of your career development and enjoy a clear, structured path for career progression opportunities. We also offer learning and development programs to build your professional brand, team leadership and client skills.
