HarPillar Legal is a dynamic and progressive law firm based in Burswood. We operate in the areas of family law, restraining orders, and criminal law. We provide transparent, concise, and strategic advice at agreed fixed prices, giving our clients peace of mind from start to finish.

Our busy and growing practice is seeking a family lawyer to join our team.

We are a small, supportive, close-knit team, where workplace culture and work/life balance are paramount.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced family lawyer with a minimum of 2+ PAE experience in family law.

You will gain experience in interesting family law work including Court work, divorce proceedings, property settlements, parenting matters and family violence restraining order matters.

We are open to considering applicants who are seeking to work 3 - 4 days a week, or 9 days a fortnight or on a full time basis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • hold a current practicing certificate or have the ability to obtain one.
  • have
    at least
    2 + years of relevant family law experience.
  • have experience in managing your own files.
  • have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
  • be friendly and easy going and work well in a team environment.
  • be proactive and able to work unsupervised.
  • be able to work to tight deadlines when required; and
  • be proficient in legal citation rules, various court system rules and be familiar with Court filing requirements.
