As a Club Services and Regis Reserve home, we pride ourselves in offering an extra layer of choice and services for our residents who appreciate the little extras.

The important role you will play

- Liaise with the General Manager to develop a plan for each resident
- Coordinate requested personal outing services for participating Residents
- Complete accurate and detailed participation notes
- Focus toward building rapport and offering companionship to each resident taking part in the Resident Companion program
- Manage time effectively for each resident

What you will bring to the role

- A true passion for caring for others that goes beyond just doing a job
- Prior experience in aged care is a big plus, but if you're new to aged care, we'll make sure you get the training you need to succeed
- Most importantly, you'll need a commitment to holistic care that supports residents in achieving their goals and having all their needs met - we want them to live the life they deserve
