- Align creative direction with CEO and marketing leadership

- Prepare scripts, talking points, and pre-shoot run sheets

Production Planning

- Coordinate with videographers and photographers on shoot logistics

- Create production timelines, filming schedules, and location plans

- Ensure all talent, crew, and equipment are aligned for smooth execution

- Assist on shoot days to guide talent and maintain quality

Post-Production Support

- Work with editors to ensure the final product reflects the original vision

- Provide feedback on cuts, pacing, storytelling, and on-screen delivery

- Ensure brand tone, voice, and visual style are consistent across all videos

Brand & Communication

- Ensure all casting and creative decisions reflect Success Tutoring's brand values

- Help elevate the brand through high-quality, emotionally compelling video content

- Support storytelling for both student enrolment and franchise marketing

Systems & Organisation

- Maintain tracking systems for casting, production plans, and content pipelines

- Assist with reporting on video output, talent usage, and content performance

- Stay ahead of modern content trends, formats, and storytelling styles

Hours & Compensation

- Passion for education, people, and brand-driven storytelling

- Work directly with a rapidly scaling global brand
