Als Project Manager ben je de spil in diverse vastgoedprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van het ontwikkelteam, in samenwerking met interne adviseurs en externe partijen, voor de ontwikkeling en realisatie van nieuwbouwprojecten en transformaties. Je beschikt over strategisch inzicht, brengt structuur en duidelijkheid in je projecten, en weet dat projectmanagement een vak apart is. Met jouw uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden overtuig je opdrachtgevers en bouw je aan langdurige relaties. Je hebt een visie op het verbeteren en verduurzamen van vastgoed.

Wat ga je doen?

Je maakt deel uit van het team, bestaande uit strategisch adviseurs, ontwikkelaars en projectmanagers, binnen de afdeling Strategy & Development. Deze groeiende afdeling richt zich op vastgoedadvies, ontwikkeling, transformatie en opwaardering van (commercieel) vastgoed. De opdrachten worden uitgevoerd voor nationale en internationale opdrachtgevers in diverse sectoren, zoals de kantorenmarkt en maatschappelijk vastgoed.

Je onderhoudt intensief contact met opdrachtgevers en bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en controle van projecten vanaf initiatief tot en met de eindoplevering en nazorg. Je neemt het initiatief voor alle projectgerelateerde werkzaamheden en stuurt ontwerpers en adviseurs waar nodig aan.

Daarnaast lever je met jouw technische kennis objectief en gedegen advies over vraagstukken op het gebied van vastgoed en huisvesting. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en externe partijen en levert toegevoegde waarde door als representatieve en onafhankelijke adviseur op te treden.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

- Een afgeronde bouwkundige, technische of facilitaire bachelor- of masteropleiding;
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als projectmanager in de vastgoedbranche;
- Kennis van en ervaring met de (her)ontwikkeling van publiek of commercieel vastgoed;
- Ruime ervaring in proces- en projectmanagement, inclusief aansturing van ontwerpprocessen, aanbestedingen en uitvoering;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift;
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
