This is an opportunity for someone with Drupal experience to join our growing team as we scale our public-sector offerings. We'd like someone with back-end development experience working with Drupal, Git workflows, and Linux environments.

We're looking for a high level of organization and technical acumen. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on cloud-based Linux development and production environments
- Work with our development and programming teams on deployments, project tasks, and client support
- Perform Drupal updates
- Document infrastructures, issues, and solutions
- Contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment
- Work within a growing team in three offices across Canada
- Enjoy a hybrid work environment, with the opportunity to collaborate in the downtown Victoria office two days a week

Requirements:

- 2+ years of proven Drupal development experience
- 2+ years working with LAMP environments and Git
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision
- Clear communication

Salary Ranges:

- 2-5 years relevant Drupal experience or equivalent: $60k-$70k
- 5-8 years relevant Drupal experience or equivalent: $70k-$80k
- 8+ years relevant Drupal experience or equivalent: $80k-$110k
