Are you seeking a flexible, short-term administrative role at the University of Queensland?

UQ Temps offers a wide range of diverse casual opportunities across the University in areas such as:

- General Administration

- Executive Assistant

- Student and Academic Administration

- Research Administration

- Junior Web Developer

Your responsibilities may vary depending on the role but can include:

- Managing electronic diaries, booking meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.

- Organising committee/meeting activities, including preparing agendas, scheduling and minute taking.

- Maintaining administration systems and managing daily priorities.

- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements as required.

- Conducting research and data analysis to support projects and reports.

- Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders.

- Ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures for documentation, correspondence and matters processed through the office.

- Assist with the design, development, implementation and evaluation of Website using Drupal.

- Performing other administrative duties as required.

About You

We are looking for candidates who bring:

- Relevant experience in administration, business or executive support.

- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.

- Strong organisational and problem solving skills.

- The ability to quickly adapt and contribute in fast-peace environments.

- A proactive and flexible attitude to meet the needs of different teams.

- A broad understanding of administration procedures and structures.

- Experience in web applications development using Drupal (for web focused role).
