**Your new role**
- Provide timely and professional 1st and 2nd level IT service desk support to staff by logging and managing calls made to the service desk ticketing system).
- Identify and escalate incidents or call patterns to ensure preventative measures can be taken;
- Assist in the management and maintenance of office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, fax machines, scanners, Audio Visual equipment, laptops and projectors;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding web assets and updating as required
- Assist other IT team members to research and resolve IT problems;
- Other duties and projects as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar IT support role in and MS Windows environment.
- Experience working with SharePoint on premise and M365.
- Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) preferably Drupal CMS. As well as a basic understanding of HTML/PHP/JavaScript/SQL;
- Demonstrated ability to research and use initiative to identify systems and processes requiring improvement;
- Well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Flexibility and ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a busy and dynamic working environment;
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with people at all levels.
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s, or IT Certification in a related discipline.
