Job Description

The role

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify mortgage brokers who want to ensure their customers are protected against life’s risks and offer our solution s . The role requires a proactive sales and dynamic approach to driving success within the mortgage broker network.

About You

- High level of motivation, self-discipline and ability to work independently and part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, train and mentor others to achieve their goals
- Excellent listening skills, allowing you to understand broker’s and customer’s needs and provide tailored solutions accordingly.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Energy, drive and tenacity to succeed
- Passion for protecting Australian home and property buyers from life’s risks.
