Are you passionate about great food and excellent customer service? Join the team at our Spence Street site in Cairns – a busy 24/7 site with a well-earned reputation for delicious food and friendly service.

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will primarily work in the kitchen preparing and cooking quality food as well as assisting on the console.

We have full time and casual positions available.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are ready to deliver great service with a smile — both on the grill and at the counter.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare and cook simple short order meals such as burgers, sandwiches, and other hot food items

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen and store

- Serve customers at console with efficiency and a positive attitude

- Handling cash and processing transactions

- Restock shelves, assist with fuel transactions, and keep the store looking its best

- Work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

What we’re looking for:

- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred

- Friendly and approachable, with great customer service skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and food environment

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures

- Have the ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 20kgs)

- Demonstrate outstanding communication

- Work well in a team environment

- Have a flexible attitude that will grow and change with the business

- Demonstrate an unforgettable presence in customer relations

- Work in a supportive and team-focused environment

- Gain experience across both customer service and food handling

- Ongoing training provided

This role involves shift work, including work on weekends, evening shifts and overnight shifts.
