This unique opportunity as a Store Service Attendant, contributes vital support to the Defence Force in beautiful Cairns, where it's beautiful one day, perfect the next

This full-time role supports all three Defence services, Navy, Army, and Air Force, under Ventia's National Clothing Store Services contract. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for service.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check, and acquit stores under supervisionPack stock and prepare for despatchAssist customers with kit issuesInspect and accept returned itemsPerform manual handling using various methods

What You'll Bring:

Defence background or Navy knowledge highly regardedExperience in ERP systems, warehouse operations, or customer serviceValid Driver's Licence and own transportStrong computer proficiencyHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and time managementAbility to work effectively in a team and customer-focused environment

Eligibility:

Applicants must be Australian Citizens and eligible to obtain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance.
