What role will you play?

As part of the Deposits and Payments product team, you will play an important role in shaping the future of our Business Banking Deposit Accounts. You will work closely with colleagues across digital, delivery, data, and engineering to enhance product features, ensuring they meet regulatory and compliance standards. Your responsibilities will include using data and market insights to inform pricing strategies and leading change initiatives that deliver meaningful results for our business banking clients.

What you offer

- At least 3 years’ experience in the banking industry, with business banking experience considered an advantage

- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

- Strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes

- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving

- Experience working in fast‑paced environments and using Agile methodologies or product management tools such as JIRA is highly desirable.
