We’re expanding our sales team and are looking for motivated individuals at all experience levels — whether you’re a junior salesperson starting your automotive career or an experienced consultant ready to bring your expertise and energy to our busy Castle Hill dealership.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll have the chance to offer our customers some of the best‑selling car brands and be the face of the dealership – guiding customers from their first enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You’ll play a key role in matching customers with the right vehicle, ensuring every experience is professional, enjoyable, and memorable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both entry‑level applicants who want training and mentorship and seasoned sales professionals seeking a rewarding, long‑term career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

- Manage the full sales process – from initial enquiry through to final handover.

- Build strong relationships with new and returning customers.

- Prepare and complete all relevant sales documentation accurately.

- Work towards individual and team sales targets.

- Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and manufacturer programs.

Experienced Sales Consultants

- Proven sales track record within automotive or related industries.

- Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and focused on delivering outstanding customer service.

- Able to work both independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
