Make a difference with National 360’s Geelong team as a Senior Speech Pathologist, supporting clients in your community and contributing to the growth of our clinicians.
What you’ll do
- Work alongside a diverse, multidisciplinary team passionate about helping the community.
- NDIS experience is a plus, but your speech pathology skills and ability to inspire clients are the focus.
- Manage your own caseload in various community settings, including homes, schools, and aged care facilities.
- Tailor your caseload to your interests or maintain a generalised caseload.
- Enjoy flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or our local office.
- Provide clinical supervision to speech therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.
- Receive strong supervision PD opportunities and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Who you are
- You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- You have current SPA Registration (or pending).
- You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
- You have a minimum of 3+ year experience in community, private or acute settings.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
- You have or are willing to obtain an NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children check.

What our Geelong team gets up to
Geelong recently went to the golf driving range for dinner and a hit of golf, they’re going to play volleyball in a couple of weeks and also recently did some rock climbing. Other activities they’ve done in the past include craft in the office, and a paint and sip. They also like to go for a coffee run at one of the local cafes on Pakington St most days when people are in the office.
